Shay was very personable, while keep professionalism at it's highest. Already recommend her to a colleague, but I don't know if he's fully ready to commit to purchasing. Will continue to recommend her in the future. I would also like to add a comment about a Joe that works at the same office. He used his time to create a relationship while I was working alone. This brought me to Shay when my first offer without an agent fell through. Both were very knowledgeable. Would have never known it was her second home bought if the sellers agent didn't ask her at closing. The firm needs to keep this one and help her grow.
