Shelly was called by someone who attempted to illegally sell my lot. She had the forethought to research the owner(s), who were me and my wife and stermined this was a scam. Through her savvy and awareness of these types of illegal activities, my wife and Iwere not victims of identity theft and any legal nightmares. These lots have been difficult to sell but her knowledge and expertise f the area and the market convinced us that she was the person to represent us in selling our property. Shelly earned our trust and confidence in this transaction and are so pleased with the results. She is highley recommended and we would definitely use her for any real estate transaction again.
