Seller reviewwhen we first bought our home Sheree was amazing, so when we decided to sell a few years later, we knew we needed her on our team again. Sheree has always been very patient and understanding with us as first-time buyers and sellers, and she is also a fighter that we have been so lucky to have in our corner. she is a problem solver, always going above and beyond, making us feel like first priority. she never hesitates and was available 24/7 to give us great advice and answers to every tiny question. She is super knowledgeable which was essential for all the decision making involved in the buying and selling process. I would highly recommend her as a realtor to anyone looking or even thinking about buying or selling. she is so professional and friendly, even though the process of moving can be stressful, she made it so smooth for us. it was a pleasure to be able to work with Sheree again.

She helped us decide what improvements should be made to our house before we even agreed to list with her. She helped us understand the offer, made it easy to sign papers electronically from a distance, and knew how to work with a difficult buying agent. She was physically present at the appraisal. With her help we received an offer at asking price on our first day on the market and she saw us through until closing! Sheree always responded to our communications within minutes! She never made us feel like we were bothering her or inconveniencing her. Always respectful and friendly, and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her!
