As first time home buyers, there was a lot of unfamiliar information and terms, but Sheree made everything simple and easy to understand. One word to describe Sheree- phenominal! And also knowledgeable, thorough, responsive, honest and oh, so sweet! I can not say enough positives about the service I received from her. I'm not sure anything about my home purchase was easy, to no fault of Sheree. From me having to change loan types 3 times and closing dates even more. She was patient with me and this process. Regardless of the size of the sale, she will always make you feel important. We had tight deadlines and she made it work, by beating another offer and still negotiating the home warrenty in. She even went to the extent of meeting & helping at the title company. She is a true gem, and she has found her niche!

Working with Sheree was wonderful. She was so easy to get along with and extremely helpful considering I was a first time home buyer. She walked me through every step of the process and answered each and every question I had. She provided me with her personal cell phone number just in case I had questions along the way. I work night shift, so Sheree made sure to be respectful of my odd work hours, but was available whenever I needed her throughout the process. Sheree was a huge help when it came to the purchase of my home. She helped me negotiate the price of my home down $14,000 from asking price and managed to get the sellers to contribute 3% of closing costs! Upon inspection, Sheree helped me develop a list of repairs and concerns with the house that needed to be addressed and stayed on top of the sellers until they completed the agreed upon repairs. She helped get all the details lined up in the house and ready for closing day. I would work with Sheree again in a heartbeat! She was a huge help and great at what she does!

Sheree Klausner was amazing! She helped to negotiate money for the close, communicated with me regularly on every update, and finally when the seller was having trouble getting POS compliant she was able to negotiate it with the city to make sure we could close on time!! She walked me through every step of the process, had great recommendations, was ALWAYS available for my questions, and went above and beyond to ensure the close went through on time! Additionally, once everything went through she has followed up with me and stayed available to ensure everything is just right!

We got lucky because Sheree was the first realtor we worked with in Cleveland, and she adapted to our changing needs as we got further along in our search.We were new to the city and she helped us look in many different neighborhoods before finding the right location for us. She was patient with us as we spent months looking for the perfect home, and always reassured us that we would find the right one. She let us take as long as we needed in our search, which was nearly a year long. Sheree was always available when we needed her, and her friendly and helpful persona never wavered. We trusted her completely and we weren't disappointed. We knew we could turn to Sheree to help explain things we didn't understand, and she was able to explain things politely and patiently. We finally found our perfect home, and she was great at negotiating and representing us. Sheree is incredibly experienced and always explained what was going on, which we needed because this is our first home. She was honest with her advice, and her recommendations were perfect. The home inspector she recommended did a fantastic job. The end of this sales experience was obviously one of the best parts, when we were able to purchase our dream home. But Sheree went above and beyond and took lots of photos with us and made sure we would remember this important time for the rest of our lives. She made the experience feel like less of a business transaction and more of a celebration, much like a graduation or wedding. We will always remember this experience, and Sheree was a very important part of it. Sheree is professional, friendly, and very responsive. She's exactly who you want on your team!
