Sheree was a great agent, she was professional and really knew the right things to do to get our house sold! From the staging to the photos to the description, Sheree knew all of the right things to do. Not only did our house sell in less than 2 months, but we had multiple offers on the property. I would recommend Sheree to anyone I know that is buying or selling a property!

Sheree Klausner was the listing agent for the first property we were interested in. That one was a bit out of our price range, but I'm so glad we found her! Pretty much every aspect of this transaction was a challenge (or a mega-challenge), and Sheree went above and beyond the call of duty to get us into our second home. Her knowledge and diligence with regard to contracts was impeccable, and she communicated in a timely and detailed fashion, giving us all of the information we needed to be able to move forward. I've been involved in half dozen other real estate transactions over the years, and have no doubt that this one would not have happened without her skills and dedication. You need a category higher than "excellent". :o) If there is a "Real Estate Hall of Fame", induct Sheree immediately. If there isn't, just clear out the Rock Hall of Fame. Seriously, she worked her tail off for us and our 820 SF condo. Her dedication to her clients and profession are obvious, and I wish her all the best in her career.

I met Sheree when I randomly stopped by an open house she was hosting. I first asked her what areas of town she was familiar with, and that struck my interest, because she seemed very familiar with areas where I was interested. I am very happy that I happened to fall upon that open house because I was able to meet Sheree. There was some trouble with closing my loan, but Sheree was more than willing to help me through the process. There were several questions and concerns that came up, and I knew that at any time, I would be able call Sheree and she would be able to help through whatever the issue happened to be: if it was something she could help me with over the phone, or by making some calls to help me out, I knew Sheree was there for me. Sheree is so good at her job. I am so happy that I was able work with her. I had such a great experience. It was amazing and easy to work with Sheree. When I told a coworker I had purchased a home, he asked who I worked with and I was very happy to recommend Sheree and pass on her card.

Sheree went the extra mile for my family and helped us secure a home that fit all of our needs. No matter the hour she was available to address all my questions and concerns. As stressful as home buying can be Sheree made it fun especially for my 12 year old Jaeden. When I started this process I had several realtor approach me but I was very reluctant to deal with them, but when I spoke to Sheree my gut told me instantly I would be safe with her and my gut was right. I would highly recommend Sheree because she had my back.

Sheree exceeded my expectations during my first home-buying process. When I thought that I was unable to afford the costs of a home, Sheree referred me to many excellent loan officers, and the one I went with was phenomenal. Sheree gave me very accurate and thorough descriptions of the types of houses and neighborhoods I was looking into. She kept close contact with me and provided valuable advice and criticisms during key points in the process. Sheree took the time to discuss my plans with me, and helped me determine what criteria I should be looking for in a home. Then, she set me up with an e-mail notification system that let me know when listings within my range of criteria hit the market. This made it very easy to find many good and relevant options. Once I decided on a home that I wanted, Sheree recommended I include a written letter to the owner with my offer, and this ended up significantly helping me get it at a good price. She walked me through the purchase agreement so that I understood exactly what was going on, and she always alerted me when there was something I needed to do throughout the closing process. At one point after signing the purchase agreement I actually second-guessed my decision to buy the house. Sheree respected my decision to withdraw, but also comforted me and reminded me of all the reason I had to go through with the purchase. With Sheree's help, I found the courage to continue with the purchase, and I'm extremely happy with the outcome. I can't image going through this process without having someone like Sheree by my side. She provided me with outstanding service all around. I highly recommend Sheree to anyone thinking about buying or selling a home, and I will absolutely be having her help me if I ever decide to look for another one.
