My husband and I have bought four houses with Sheree but this was our first time selling a house. Sheree was exceptional throughout the whole process and made sure to keep us well informed every step of the way. She guided us on what we needed to do to prepare the house effectively, and marketed our house exceptionally based on the current real estate climate. We got 2 full price offers within 72 hours of listing and Sheree guided us through the close process with nearly zero effort from us. Sheree Klausner did a fantastic job helping me buy and sell my previous home, so using her again for this purchase was a no-brainer! This time around Sheree went above and beyond in many different ways. Since I wanted to move to an area that was very new to me, Sheree's knowledge of the area greatly helped me determine where I wanted to be and pinpoint the perfect living location. She was also able to get my offer accepted suprisingly quickly in this tough market, and she negotiated better contract terms than I thought were possible.
