Sheree is the best! She's very experienced, has many great contacts that made the buying process very quick, and was amazing for my first time home buying experience. She was very patient when explaining things I didn't understand. If I end up buying another house in the future I would absolutely use Sheree again!

Sheree was communicative and patient with answering all of our questions (of which we had a lot as first-time homebuyers). She made herself very available, including during off-hours. She excelled at negotiating and advocating for our needs with the seller, lender, title company, etc. She was friendly and approachable!

She handled the delicate situation of the buyer being the tenant of the seller and representing each well. Her professionalism, knowledge and tenacity. She helped solve problems rather than quit when they came up. She represented seller and buyer impartially. She insured that thing's kept moving and everyone was informed. I couldn't ask for a better outcome.

When I first met Ms. Klausner, she was very personal, professional and she let me know that she would be there for me every step of the way. She said very positive things about my home the first day. She just seemed very knowledgeable and confident that together we could sell the home. I felt extremely relaxed with her, and I left her feeling very confident about my choice. Ms. Klausner was so on point during this entire process. She walked me through each and every step by sending emails, text messages and phone calls. I was never out of touch with her. Whenever I tried to contact her, she responded in a timely manner. She made sure that I emailed all intentions to her regarding everything dealing with the sell of my home. I learned so much from her. She explained why I should do something, and why I should not do something. I always felt like she had my back. Ms. Klausner knows what she is doing. She deserved her commission and more. Century 21 has a gem, and her name is Sheree Klausner. There was not one thing that she suggested that came back to haunt me. It took only 2 months to list my home, make repairs, show the home and sell it. It was literally amazing!!! I am a retired educator. If I was grading Ms. Klausner, she would truly be on the Dean's List. I am so thankful that God sent her to me. She truly made the sell of the home a lot easier than someone else with less or more experience would have for me. I would like to thank Ms. Klausner and Century 21 Premiere Properties for their support, professionalism and concern in aiding me in selling my home in such a timely fashion. I really did not know a thing about selling a home, but now I do. I am so appreciative that I can exhale, knowing that a place that was so special to my family, will now be a home for a new family to create memories.

I truly believe that no other agent could of help us more than Sheree thought out our selling process. We had a lot goin on all at once with the renovations to our home, to being parents, to running a small business, and everything else that comes along with life and a home sale. At times it even came to points where we took out frustrations on each other as a family due to all our stressors. Sheree seemed to have a way of re-centering us as a family and re-focusing us as a team to get thru what ever obstacles we were facing at the time giving us the much needed stress relief to get thru the home selling process. To sum up our experience with Sheree Klausner we will say this: To say Sheree was there every step of the way for us seems like an understatement. It was and has been very difficult for us to say goodbye to a family home of 50 years of countless memories. As excited as we our to move onto the next step of our current adventure which is ending soon... (she already has us pending/under contract) into a new and possibly our "forever" home! As much as it is looked forward to see where this new life takes us, it is as well a bittersweet ending to our time with Sheree as our agent. She has become such an important part of us in so many ways that we're not sure exactly what we are gonna do without her in our daily lives.
