I found Sheree to be very available, professional, friendly, and direct. She communicated through voice, text, email, and video chat where each was appropriate and respected my time and my anxiety about the process. When there were documents to e-sign and evaluate, she sent them quickly and completely, and explained any confusing elements. Finally, she was clear-headed and even-handed about the timing, the finances, and every other element that can become nerve-wracking to a buyer. I very much appreciated her approach. I had a very limited time frame to complete the purchase prior to moving, and a fairly limited price and geographic range. Sheree arranged viewings quickly and with strong regard to my preferences and communicated effectively with me and my sister, who was acting as my proxy. She pointed out elements of each property I might not have noticed, focused on areas of the contract and negotiation I had not considered, and made great suggestions that helped maximize the purchase value without negatively impacting the time to close. It all went smoothly! Overall, I had a very specific set of goals for my purchase experience, and Sheree and Century 21 met all of them. The finances, the timing, the neighborhood I wanted, everything worked out great and without too much nervous energy. Sheree made the home-buying process easy.
