I hadn't lived in my home for 7 months, did not have a lot of time to get my house ready to sell, and was very concerned about how I could possibly get it ready for sale. We met Sheri at an open house for a different house. Since we were coming from out of state, we knew no agents in the area. We were impressed with the attention Sheri gave us at that open house and her subsequent follow-up after our meeting. Thus, we decided to hire Sheri as our agent. Sheri gave us a significant amount of her time at every step in the process - choosing houses to show us, showings, Zoom meetings, writing offers, phone calls, emails and texts - the list goes on. The assistance and advice she gave us was invaluable.

Sheri knew exactly what was needed and when. Her connection with the photographer facilitated getting the property on the market. She even rehomed my cat! It was a delight to work with her and the outcome was exceptional!

We first met Sheri back in 2017 when we were planning for retirement. She knew we wouldn't be ready for a few years and gave us suggestions on what to do in advance to get our home ready. She recommended painting, replacing the roof and de-cluttering. In addition to a comprehensive plan, she also provided a list of local contractors she knows and trusts. When we were finally ready to list in 2022, Sheri came over numerous times to help us move things into the basement, brought over various staging items and even did some cleaning while she was here. Honestly, there was nothing she wouldn't do to help us get our home on the market. Sheri hosted an open house the first day it went live and we had 32 different families attend. By Sunday night we had 18 offers and although we wanted to go with Sheri's buyer, she showed us the best contract was a buyer with no inspections and $31,100 over our asking price! We never, in our wildest dreams, thought we could sell for that much but we did and it was all due to Sheri's guidance, marketing and hard work. If you want someone who does everything possible to make your experience as easy and stress-free as possible, you absolutely have to work with Sheri!!
