For as long as I can remember, I've had a passion for helping people. My decision to pursue a career in real estate was mostly influenced by my mother's success as a Realtor. Watching her help people buy their dream home or sell their prized possession, had a great impact on me. My background includes over 30 years' experience as a real estate paralegal handling residential closings from start to finish, working as a Licensed Realtor since 2001, as well as working as an Office Manager for numerous property management firms as well as a national mortgage company. With my vast, hands-on experience in various real estate related occupations, I have become extremely knowledgeable when it comes to residential real estate transactions. I'm dedicated to providing great customer service and have been praised by both clients and colleagues for my honesty, integrity, and attention to detail. In my free time, I enjoy living a healthy/active lifestyle and spending as much time as possible with my husband, family, grandchildren and friends. Seller reviewSheri went out of her way from the very beginning of the sales process. Very professional and easily accessible 7 days/week. Sheri guided us through the stressful experience of selling our first home. We never felt alone and she gave us professional recommendations that allowed us to feel in control and extremely satisfied with the outcome. Buyer reviewWe met Sheri at an open house for a different house. Since we were coming from out of state, we knew no agents in the area. We were impressed with the attention Sheri gave us at that open house and her subsequent follow-up after our meeting. Thus, we decided to hire Sheri as our agent. Sheri gave us a significant amount of her time at every step in the process - choosing houses to show us, showings, Zoom meetings, writing offers, phone calls, emails and texts - the list goes on. The assistance and advice she gave us was invaluable.

Seller reviewWe first met Sheri back in 2017 when we were planning for retirement. She knew we wouldn't be ready for a few years and gave us suggestions on what to do in advance to get our home ready. She recommended painting, replacing the roof and de-cluttering. In addition to a comprehensive plan, she also provided a list of local contractors she knows and trusts. When we were finally ready to list in 2022, Sheri came over numerous times to help us move things into the basement, brought over various staging items and even did some cleaning while she was here. Honestly, there was nothing she wouldn't do to help us get our home on the market. Sheri hosted an open house the first day it went live and we had 32 different families attend. By Sunday night we had 18 offers and although we wanted to go with Sheri's buyer, she showed us the best contract was a buyer with no inspections and $31,100 over our asking price! We never, in our wildest dreams, thought we could sell for that much but we did and it was all due to Sheri's guidance, marketing and hard work. If you want someone who does everything possible to make your experience as easy and stress-free as possible, you absolutely have to work with Sheri!!

Seller reviewSheri Whiting was referred to us by our physician back in August of 2021. At our first appointment, we had an immediate connection and I knew that she was the person we wanted to work with to sell our home. Sheri made numerous recommendations as to what we should do to get our house ready to go on the market. Sheri was constantly in contact, provided contractors to help us and continued to watch the market and keep us advised on pricing. By the time we were ready, prices had gone up significantly which worked to our advantage. Once everything was complete, Sheri brought in furniture and numerous decorations for staging. After she was done and hired a professional photographer, it looked so amazing, we could hardly believe it was our house! Everything Sheri did and suggested was on point and we got more money then we ever thought possible. Trust me when I say that Sheri Whiting is the BEST, most caring, knowledgeable and professional Realtor you will ever find! We would happily give her more than 5 stars if we could.

When we went to houses her experience showed through both in her interactions with the selling agents and with her knowledge of what to look for when assessing a home. Sheri also had a great list of contacts for all the other people potentially involved in buying a home.
