Sheri Whiting previously helped me with another real estate transaction where her assistance was a major difference maker. When it came time for me to purchase another property, I didn't give it a second thought. Sheri was my first and only call. I really appreciated that after I chose a property, Sheri introduced one last option for us to look at that better fit my requirements. She might have closed that first property faster, as I probably would have gone through with the original option, but I think she could tell that it wasn't a perfect fit for me. The extra property option she showed me was more what I had in mind, and I was much more enthusiastic about it. This made me feel like she was really looking out for my best interests and not just trying to move on to the next deal. The other really important factor is her network. Sheri has a network of professionals that she knows and trusts to make the process much smoother and less stressful. By sticking with professionals from Sheri's network I was able to close faster and with fewer roadblocks. From the attorney to mortgage broker to home inspector and more, all her recommendations were spot on. As someone who was going through there first home buying experience I naturally had a lot of apprehensions combine that with the fact that I am naturally a worry wart and you have the recipe for an unpleasant experience. However all my concerns were quickly alleviated as I begun the process with Sheri. Her attention to detail and concern that her client has pleasant home buying experience mitigates the amount of stress her clients have to endure during the home buying process. I would definitely highly recommend her to any friends or family members in need realtor. As a matter of fact Sheri will be assisting my parents in the very near future with sale of their home. She has treated my family as if we were her own family and I feel very comfortable with her. She was able to develop an immediate rapport with both my parents and myself and my parents and that speaks very strongly of her character, and I hope our communications and friendship continue beyond the home buying experience.

She was so personable on the phone. After speaking with her I quickly dumped the other realtor I was considering. She knew the area well and she understood my situation and offered some amazing advice. From the moment I first spoke with Sheri I knew I was in good hands. She made me feel comfortable and confident in this hectic time to be selling a property. She was there any time of day or night to answer my questions. She helped me find a painter and a plumber when I was having trouble. She made me feel like I was her only client and that she would do anything to help me sell my property. I can't tell you how much of an impact she has had on my life during this hectic time, I will definitely be recommending her to anybody that I know that selling a property in the future.

HOWEVER, AS I SPOKE & WORKED W/SHERI AS TIME PASSED, I FOUND HER TO BE EXTREMELY DETERMINED, KNOWLEDGEABLE, & CLEAR IN OUR CONVERSATIONS. SHERI WHITING ALSO HAS THE GIFT OF ADDING THE "HUMAN TOUCH" IN HER DEALINGS. MUCH OF THE ABOVE IS LANGUAGE I DON'T REALLY UNDERSTAND. I WASN'T PRESENT DURING ANY NEGOTIATIONS, ETC. Working with Sheri was meant to be. We had contacted her about a home months ago, turns out that home did not qualify for our type of loan. We stopped looking for a while and we found something we liked, we ended up contacting a loan officer Sheri had recommended and he sent us back to her! Well, both of them working as a team was the most amazing experience! Sheri asked us what we wanted and she delivered. She looked at all the details of each house we liked to make sure it fit our needs and budget. Sheri kept contact with our loan officer and took care of many things so we didn't have to. I am happy to say that Sheri is not only a great real estate agent, she is an awesome human and our newest friend!
