From the beginning, Sheri Whiting went above and beyond to get my house ready, listed, and sold. First, she visited my property and provided a list of suggestions to help the home look its best. Then, she came in with a professional designer, who helped us to visualize staging and preparation for the photographs. She performed all of the staging herself, including moving furniture around and bringing in her own decorative pieces and furniture to complete the vision. Sheri then hired and facilitated a top notch photographer who really did an amazing job making my property look great. Sheri made sure that each milestone was completed at the appropriate time like a professional project manager. After all of the pre-work she put in, it was no wonder that the open house she scheduled and staffed was a success that lead to an immediate over-asking price offer. Sheri continued to manage the sale and deal with any issues that arose right up until the last paper was signed. Our house was being sold do to my wife and I divorcing. Sheri was recommended to my wife through a family acquaintance. I would have a greed with whoever she chose. Looking back I am glad that Sheri was the one working for us. I was not living at the house but for some reason there was no lockbox allowed. This meant that each and every time the house was being viewed Sheri had to be there regardless if she was the listing agent or not. The communication between my wife and I became basically nonexistent which put Sheri in the middle doing twice the amount of correspondence. No doubt this listing was much more difficult for Sheri than it would have been if it was not a divorce situation or even an amenable divorce situation. Sheri never wavered and always maintained a professional, courteous attitude. Sheri always answered my calls and texts immediately or got back to me very quickly even after hours. She always had the answer to my questions or had done the legwork promptly to get the answer before returning my call or text. Sheri always had a positive attitude and was a pleasure to correspond with. Sheri also makes it a point to keep herself educated and informed on the local issues pertaining to building, construction and any circumstances which may affect real estate specific to our area. Sheri went above and beyond the call of duty on this listing and definitely earned her commission. I cannot say enough good things about Sheri and her knowledge, service and professionalism.
