She always let us know if she was going to be out of town and gave us someone to contact or times we could contact her. She kept us abreast of any changes or updates with prospective buyers. She was very knowledgeable about the process and helped us with all the paper work. We appreciated her positive attitude.

Sherri has been an excellent realtor for me! As a first-time homebuyer, her confidence and knowledge balanced my fears and anxieties. That said, her knowledge wasn't used to tell me what to decide, rather to advise and reassure me. She was patient with me and very supportive. I really appreciated that she valued me finding the right house over her getting a great commission. I felt no pressure from her to stay in my first contract after an unsatisfactory inspection. In fact, it was quite the opposite. When I decided, she confirmed it was the right choice and jumped in to helping me find the right place. I was the client and I was clearly the priority.

Sherri was reccomended to us by our probate attorney and she turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. Her local experience helped us pick service providers (lawn care, estate sale, painters, etc.) and all of them turned out to be excellent. She also resolved a couple of difficult issues that were created by the lender ultimately resulting in a successful and on time sale. Sherri truly earned her commission and then some. She helped with the sale and other aspects of dealing with the estate and was available whenever we needed her. She also personally "managed" several issues due to the fact that me and my brother were both living more than 8 hours from Idaho Falls. Sherri made herself available to help with mail pickup, letting in contractors, staging the house, etc. My brother and I were extremely happy with all that she did. Of special note is her helping us find a new home for my deceased mother's dog. The dog is now with a new loving family and doing very well.

Sherri is easy to work with. She explains the whole process and keeps you up to date on everything that is happening. I would recommend Sherri highly to anyone.

It was a tough time to be selling a house. Interest rates were high. It took a few weeks but Sherri gave it her all and finally got my house sold.
