Sheri Biorn was a delight to work with. Not only was she thoughtful and sweet, she went above and beyond in helping us find our home. She was always on time for our appointments, was very knowledgeable and answered almost every question we had on the spot and if she didn't know an answer she found out the answers out quickly. Overall providing us with a terrific experience and would recommend her to others needing a realtor. Two thumbs up.

In October of 2018 I first called C-21 Sherri happened to be on call that weekend and showed me a home some distance from her office, I had my 91 year old mother with me and Sherri made her very comfortable holding her had and helping her into the home we were looking at.March 2020
Although we didn't purchase that home our relationship with Sherri had begun when we did find the home Sherri did her best even though the Opposition Keller Williams held up the process of the purchase Sherri from C-21 High Desert Realty prevailed she got the job done and the home was purchased.
When it came time to sell the home never losing touch with Sherri I contacted her once again I told her What I felt the home was worth and we listed it as such we were right within two weeks we had an offer three weeks later escrow closed the house was sold the profit excellent I'm very pleased I chose Sherri with C-21.
Although I never used to Sherri for my new purchase simply because it was 50 miles away and inconvenient to do so but I wouldn't hesitate to use her again if I was in Idaho Falls thank you Sherri best wishes !

We moved here from Texas. We had the opportunity to meet previously with Sherri Biorn so that she could assess our needs and view the style of home we wanted to buy. As it turned out, while finalizing the sale of our home in Texas, the market here in Idaho Falls really "heated up", especially at the price point my husband and I were looking. November 2019
We found a property online on a Friday night. It had been on the market "for 15 minutes", and called Sheri Biorn. She immediately got things going, and we did and video call as see walked through the home the next day with us. Sheri Biorn then helped us put in our bid that same afternoon, which was then later accepted.
We would recommed Sheri Biorn because she kept in close contact no only with us, but also our primary lending partner, and even implemented new negotiations throughout the entire process. She demonstrated an openness to new ideas, and had great mediation skills. She's just down right good people you like to be around!
