Sherry did a great job in most all aspects of the sale. As I stated, the homeowner herself was the greatest hold up on the property sales. She listed well over market value, wanted top dollar for a property that had so many specialized remodels, that it took the value down rather than up,. Also wanting to sale as is, being unwilling to accept that certain things needed to be done. . . All in all when her back was to the wall she finally agreed, to the terms. It was a tough one for all involved, due to the lack of co-operation of the homeowner,. She knew she needed to sale, but was fighting it every step of the way.
