Buyer reviewSherry indicated that she is a full time agent and was very customer focused. She also advertised additionally on a personal web page. That told me that she was proactive and eager to obtain new clients. When we first talked Sherry made sure that i new she was available at any, day or night. I subsequently needed something and was delighted and pleased to receive it at midnight! She works diligently and is always very professional. You can also observe this in the relationships she has with the different inspectors You can tell that they respect her as well (the Closing Attorney also). Sherry always exhibited the utmost attention to detail and many times gave me advice in terms of different areas in the region that met the lifestyle I was seeking. That information was invaluable in ensuring that I felt I had made the right decision. She also negotiated rental terms for extended occupation after close and also made sure that the seller included a warranty for a slightly questionable item in the inspection. I would not have thought to do that. All in all, since I did not interact with anyone else in the organization, I would have to say that Century 21, The Realty Group, could not have had a better emissary than Sherry Howell. I am very pleased with the experience.
