Shirley Morrison has been helping people navigate real estate since 1988, building a career founded on hard work, integrity, and a genuine love for serving others.
A lifelong resident of
Eastern North Carolina, Shirley entered real estate with no experience and no existing client base. Through determination and a commitment to putting people first, she grew her business from the ground up, becoming a multi-million-dollar producer within her first two years. Over the years, she consistently ranked among the top-producing agents in the state, earning CENTURION? status and placing among the top 1% of real estate professionals in North Carolina.
In 2003, Shirley became Co-Owner and Broker of CENTURY 21 Coastal Advantage. Under her leadership, the company quickly rose to become the #1 CENTURY 21 office in Jacksonville and Onslow County and has since grown into the #1 CENTURY 21 office in North Carolina. Today, the firm is recognized among the top CENTURY 21 companies in the world.

In addition to leading CENTURY 21 Coastal Advantage, Shirley is the founder of Coastal Advantage Properties, one of Eastern North Carolina's premier property management companies, serving hundreds of homeowners and investors throughout the region. Her experience in both sales and property management gives clients and agents a unique perspective on building long-term wealth through real estate.
As a military spouse who navigated years of deployments while raising her daughter as a single parent, Shirley understands resilience, sacrifice, and the importance of having someone you can trust in your corner. Those experiences continue to shape the way she leads her business and serves her community.
Outside of work, Shirley enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and loves everything coastal life has to offer?from boating and beach days to shelling along the shore.
Giving back has always been an important part of her mission. Over the years, Shirley and her companies have proudly supported numerous local charities and organizations, including Easter Seals, the New River YMCA, Onslow Women's Center, Wounded Warriors, Breast Cancer, Boys and Girls Club, and annual school supply drives benefiting local students.
