Seller reviewI am am out of state owner who was finally selling my rental property in CA. YOU CAN IMAGINE THE WORRIES AND FEARS I HAD. i know nothing about the CA market. I don't know what condition the house is in. I really did not want to drive to CA to find out these things because I have been pretty sick for the past two years. Shonnie assured me that she will take care of everything, to rest, get well, and don't worry because she got this! And she did! Everything went smoothly, thanks to Shonnie! Now i can enjoy my retirement! She is the best!

Buyer reviewMy family and I had a great home purchasing experience with Shonnie. There was not one time I could think of where Shonnie was not willling to answer or assist me with any questions I had about the property. One large event that comes to mind with working with Shonnie was towards the end of escrow. During this time Shonnie was notifed there was a lien on the property involving the previous owner due to legal reasons. This situation was very rare and difficult but Shonnie did not skip a beat by calling me to inform me, and right away making the needed phone calls to resolve the issue. Due to Shonnie's hard work and dedacation, my family and I were able to close escrow on time. This would only be possible with Shonnie's knowlegde and perseverance which provided my family and I the blessing of this home.

Seller reviewShonnie was truly a blessing for my family and I. She was the agent that orginally helped us by our first home in Anaheim. So when it was time to sell this home, my wife and I did not question who would do the listing. One example of Shonnie's level of expertise and devotion to her craft was he accesibility no matter the occassion. During the sale of our home there was not a time she would not answer my text or calls. I can remember numerous text I would send, even during not business hours and she would quickly provide me with an answer. In addition to her accesibility, Shonnie provided us with tons of knowledge about the market and what our home could be sold for. When we discussed the listing offer, I had full confidence in her and said "list the house at whatever you think is a good price" I had no doubt Shonnie would never lead my family in the wrong direction. Her knowledge led my family receiving an offer well over the asking price.
