Buyer reviewAmber Smith provided excellent representation for me at my selection and closing of a beautiful cabin in Gatlinburg. Without Amber, this house would not have closed. She went the extra miles to help get it across the finish line. There were many problems as I did a reverse 1031 exchange and it brought many problems to the table. Additionally, the house had a bad address that the title company did not catch. Amber cleared these problems and guided me through the whole process. She went above and beyond and was the best Realtor I could've hoped for. And she was a wonderful coordinator between multiple parties, including myself, the seller and the closing attorney and the resort property management.
