I was searching for a house remotely from out of state, and so I heavily depended on So Yung. She understood exactly what sort of house I was seeking, as every listing she suggested met my expectation- Her level of dedication is unmatched compared to my previous realtors. She also looked out for what would serve me best. So Yong Yu went above and beyond in every aspect of the deal, even when it wasn't asked of her. Her knowledge of the market and the area was so personal that I became accustomed to the area before moving. She wasn't just a realtor, but also my guide. So Yung Yu is a top notch real estate agent and I look forward to doing future business with her. I cannot recommend her enough.

So Yong Yu was amazing to work with. She helped our family find and buy our first home, during an extremely stressful PCS. She was able to come alongside us and understand what we were needing. She set up walkthroughs very quickly, and helped us navigate all the stages, taking time to succinctly and clearly explain what the steps were, where we were, and what to expect next. She checked on us frequently, and kept on top of all parties within the parameters of her position to help us finalize and close on our choice as quickly as possible. Even after the deal was done she has continued to make herself aware, and check on how we are settling. Appreciate her very much, and would absolutely recommend her to another family, no hesitation.
