Seller reviewI worked with Anita (Soo Kyoung) previously and she is excellent at customer service. She took care of our issues on the property. She knows what would work and not work. She is very punctual and keeps her promises and do her best. I would recommend her to anybody who would like to sell or buy properties. Print Advertising and Yard Sign not necessary as we got offers on the first day and we accepted. Other than that, Anita took care of everything flawlessly. Sookyoung is excellent. Great job and thanks for working with me!

Buyer reviewThe process of buying a house is never easy, and we didn't expect it to be. Sooyoung made everything so much easier and stress free. She was very honest and diligent with everything. Start to finish. She is very meticulous. We were extremely lucky to find a broker that can speak Korean. We were able to communicate very well, because Korean is my first language. She was also very familiar with the area I wanted to buy in. She knew exactly where to look. My wife and I had a very clear image of what kind of house we wanted to buy, but it also came with a budget. That made things extremely difficult, but Sooyoung was very patient and understanding. She would check out every house we were interested in for us because she knew we have a very busy work schedule. I don't recall a time where I couldn't get a hold of her, whether it be 7am or 10pm. It felt like she really cared about our family and where we decided to reside. Sooyoung really goes above and beyond for you and your family's needs. She is easy to talk to, and will help you find your dream home no matter what.
