Buyer reviewStacey was kind and patient with us as first time buyers. Her knowledge of Monmouth county was a huge help but where she really shined was in her negotiation skills. We purchased a fixer-upper and she was able to negotiate down the purchase price to help offset the cost of necessary repairs. We also were dealing with a difficult listing agent and Stacey remained professional and went up to bat for us multiple times to make sure things got done in a timely manner. We owe Stacey our thanks!

She was always available and responsive and even helped pick up the slack from other people involved in the process even if it wasn't her role. She took the time to explain everything, and was never pushy in any way. Stacey took us along the entire journey of being in a place where we were just starting to understand our needs and preferences, all the way through finding that home, and through negotiation/closing. Stacey is a 10/10 realtor, a genuinely nice and enjoyable person to work with, and would recommend to anyone!
