I was born and raised in Southern California and know the area like the back of my hand. With 14 years of Real Estate experience and over 13 with C21 Award, and having sold over 200 homes in the OC, I will find the perfect home for you. I am an Orange County expert! I was raised here in OC and my knowledge of the area spans from Rancho Santa Margarita to South San Clemente; the beach areas of Newport, Laguna and Dana Point to the rolling hills of San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Niguel and Mission Viejo. Wherever you search, the Feltman Real Estate Group has the info you need. My Grandma's brother was a Pilot and shot down on this first expedition in WW2. My father in law served in the US Army air corps in WW2 as a bombardier on the b24 iberator. Both of my brother in laws served in the arm forces during the Vietnam war, one in the US army, knowing all the sacrifices that are made, I put helping Military families a priority. I have won several awards including the prestigious Quality Service Award for multiple years, the Centurion Honor Society which means I have been a Top Producer in the top ½ internationally since 2011. Also, as a breast cancer advocate and survivor, it is important for me to reach out to the community and help others. For the past two years, I have partnered with Orange County's Breast Cancer Angels to raise over $35,000 through an annual fundraiser at local venues. My hope is that educating women about self-exams and the latest technology will aid in breast cancer prevention and support those undergoing treatment.
