I was impressed with the Downsizing class Stacy Reno and her partner taught at FCC a couple years ago. There were many good ideas on this topic and suggested vendors and resources for helping with this, which I knew would be pertinent with dealing with my father's possessions before selling his condo. And most importantly Stacy impressed me as someone that I could probably work well with because there were many things to coordinate and get done before the property was ready for sale and afterwards.
Stacy Reno was a pleasure to work with during the whole process from getting the condo ready for sale thru the sale and closing. The communication with her was always clear. I always knew where we were in the process, why we chose the initial sales price and the later negotiated sales price with the buyer.
I felt like it was a partnership between Stacy Reno, Century 21 and myself. There were many things to coordinate, decide on and get done and all parties played their role or it would not have gotten done in the excellent manner in which it did.
