When the tenants move out of the home I was trying to sell, there were a lot of repairs needed. I was over 700 miles away and am disabled. Stefanie Reed met with me for the first time and put all my worries to rest. She was able to help me find contractor's that were able to meet my needs. When it came to paperwork and questions, Stefanie made it all easy, her personality was relaxing and upbuilding. She was always perfesional and Curtis. In the end I wish I could us her for every investment adventure. If every real estate agent was like Stefanie Reed, every house would be sold in a timely and enjoyable manner.
