Prior to launching my real estate career, I proudly served in the U.S. Navy as a hospital medic from 1991-1995, followed by over two decades as a critical care trauma RN. That experience gave me a deep-rooted commitment to service, precision, and advocacy-skills I now bring to every real estate transaction.
Driven by a lifelong passion for real estate, interior design, and helping others, I began my career as a REALTOR® in Richmond, Virginia, where I built a strong reputation for delivering results with heart. After a successful run, I returned to my hometown in the Allentown-Bethlehem-Easton (ABE) area to continue serving clients here in the Lehigh Valley.

Buyer reviewAs first time home buyers it was such a blessing to work with Stephanie. She was so encouraging and patient with us and all of our questions. In the complicating and stressful parts it really felt like she took us by the hand and was with us. Not once did we feel like she wanted anything other than to truly help us. If we need to sell or buy again we will definitely keep Stephanie in mind!

Seller reviewI would rather go to the dentist, and have all my teeth pulled with rusty tools, than to go though that again without Stephanie York. I thought I was a savvy business man, you don't know what you don't know. The buyer of my property was such a charmer, very present he seemed, right from the hello handshake. This man was out for blood. When I say cooler heads will prevail, yes that would be Stephanie. She has the experience and the tough leather skin to deal with these wolves is sheep clothing.
