We chose Stephanie because she grew up in our neighborhood and we knew she had extensive knowledge of our area. She also contacted us through her newsletter from time to time. It contained a great deal of information on marketing our home for sale that we found invaluable. When the time came for us to list our home, she came out a few weeks before and made extremely helpful suggestions to help us get our home ready for sale, and to help make it more universally appealing. Our lawyer was less than responsive, so Stephanie took up much of the slack. She reached out to the buyers agent on our behalf many times when our lawyer failed to contact the buyers. We were stuck in attorney review until Stephanie stepped in to reach a deal the buyers could agree on. She was extremely patient with us and always very responsive to our needs. Although we called Stephanie many times for clarification of things we received from our lawyer, the township, and general questions we had for her, she was always responsive to us. She was patient and knowledgeable. If we had had a different agent I am certain our sale would have fallen through because we did not have adequate legal representation. She pulled this sale through for us.
