Stephanie was my agent for my first home purchase. 1. Before looking for houses, she went over the house buying process step-by-step. This was really helpful. Thanks to her process overview, there was no big surprise throughout the process. 2. When arranging the tour and inspection, she worked around our time, not her time. Because of great schedule arrangement, we were able to take care of business with 3-year-old son. 3. When negotiating, most of time, she delivered our-favored-results. When there was delay, she provided us updates before asking her. 4. When there were not much actions till closing, she periodically sent me email or text for reminder and quick check-in. 5. She was responsive and accessible via email, text or call. 6. I used her network for the house inspection and attorney. I could tell she has good reputation in this business after working with inspector and attorney.

We were fortunate to find Stephanie to represent us as our selling agent. Stephanie initially impressed us with her excellent organization, knowledge of the local East Brunswick market, competitive analysis and marketing plan, quality of listings for her other clients and a friendly personality. Stephanie brought in a very good photographer/videographer which yielded some great photos and a really nice video walkthrough of our home. Together with Stephanie's great description we had a strong online description for our sale. We asked that Stephanie not represent both seller and buyer but seller alone for this transaction thus other agents from Stephanie's office were available for our open house. The open house was very successful and we ended up with two strong offers immediately after. Throughout the rest of the process leading up to closing, we were further impressed by Stephanie's frequent communications, responsiveness, organization and easy going personality. Even though we ran into a few hiccups along the way, Stephanie provided a calm guiding hand. At our request, Stephanie gave us referrals for a number of professionals that we needed to engage. We weren't very successful with most of them but we did appreciate Stephanie's willingness to help us with that. One of our lessons learned is that finding these other professionals should primarily be the responsibility of the seller and any suggestions from the agent are auxiliary to that. In the end, we were very happy with having entrusted Stephanie and would highly recommend her to others.
