Buyer reviewI saw her contact information on the sign in the window of the mobile home and on the flyer. The exchange of contracts was challenging because of the distance of the seller and my lender; however, Stephanie handled this as well as could be expected and did so by using the internet and electronic signing of documents. This was great problem solving on her part. Stephanie is a very busy person but she always tried to return my calls timely. She provided several methods with which I could get in touch with her. The couple of times I needed the assistance of other staff, they were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend working with Stephanie Hull-Goldberg at Century 21 Tri-Dam Realty. She represented both the seller and myself and did so very well. I felt like I was well represented and that she was fair and honest with both parties.
