Stephanie Lane is a true native of the Outer Banks, where she was born and raised in the heart of the Construction and Real Estate industry. Now, with her newly achieved Broker’s license, Stephanie is poised to take her career to the next level.
From a young age, Stephanie worked alongside her parents for over 20 years, gaining hands-on experience in building luxury oceanfront vacation rentals and west-side residential spec homes. Her extensive knowledge covers every aspect of the building process—from searching for land and securing construction loans to ordering surveys, obtaining permits, and making interior and exterior design selections. She is well-versed in coordinating with subcontractors, overseeing the construction process, conducting final inspections, and guiding home buyers through the closing process. Additionally, Stephanie has experience working directly with vacation rental and wedding guests as well as collaborating closely with rental management companies.
In addition to her work in real estate, Stephanie operated her own beach rental setup service, Wave Watchers, for several years. Her passion for meeting new people and strong communication skills have been key to her success in all her endeavors.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys the simple pleasures of life—spending time with her family, friends, and her beloved golden retriever, Lyla. Some of her favorite activities include beach outings, boating, offshore fishing, watching sunrises and sunsets, listening to live music, and maintaining a commitment to fitness and wellness.
