Stephanie Moir found our son the perfect home. He was extremely satisfied with her expertise during his home search and purchase. Because of this we knew we were going to enlist her services as well. She has an astounding skill set! Because we relocated from a significant distance away, we had used a different realtor for the sale of our former home. There were many unnecessary tangles in that sale. Our listing agent and our buyer's agent were astonished how Stephanie was able to help "comb" them out from almost 200 miles away. Stephanie has become our family's realtor. Since she's helped us find our perfect, forever homes we may not personally need her services as a realtor again, but we've gained a friend and will definitely refer others to her. Stephanie helped me sort through the homes that I wanted to see, pointed out features and flaws in each one, and weeded out the ones that just wouldnt cut it.
