Buyer reviewWe were referred to Stephanie by a dear friend of my late mother. Moving back to Florida from Hawai'i has been a fairly stressful adventure. We contacted Stephanie while still in Florida and discussed meeting when we had arrived. We met at a local coffee shop and she presented us about a dozen homes that appeared to satisfy our needs. She scheduled showings soon afterwards. We look at four homes out of dozen or so homes we and previously discussed. None of them felt like a good fit. Being the industrious agent that she is, she found a listing that had just come onto the MLS that day. She arranged a showing and we walked in, looked at one another and said this is THE ONE. She presented the offer and it was accepted. During the four weeks before the closing she was in close contact with us. Consequently there were no "speed bumps" along the way. Stephanie could not have made this "real estate journey" any easier or enjoyable.
