She helped us locate the property we wanted and negotiate a price that was fair for everybody. She helped us with local contacts for inspection and after closing get the utilities in our name, it's not easy working with someone at a state. and Stephanie went out of her way to be helpful and I get the deal done. We would definitely recommend Stephanie and Work with her again.
