from beginning to end i could not have expected to be working with a better person ! she knew the area didnt beat around the bush and learned my needs very quickly and was able to weed thru the houses she knew were a waste of time . i will recommed her to everyone for possibly the rest of my time if able too.

5 Star rating Outstanding service by Stephanie. Lawrence Santa's photography was outstanding. We especially appreciated he did no trick photography, but used his camera to reflect the way our home was to the very best. We had many comments about what beautiful shots he had of our home. We had been working with Stephanie and Lawrence over several months, so they had seasonal shots to include in the brochure and web. We were so pleased with the results of his photographic results. Christine Jones was outstanding in making sure we didn't miss any details and getting everything in order for us. She kept us in the loop and would check to make sure we had crossed all the "T's" and dotted every "I" ... A wonderful team who Stephanie works with. Our former next door neighbor had sold their home with Stephanie and highly recommended her. When we met her, we knew immediately she was the agent for us. We have already recommended Stephanie to friends. She tells it like it "is" and gets the job done. We learned after going through a neighbor's home what a "declutter" move meant and took it to heart and the results were excellent. She is so easy to work with and a delightful person.

Stephanie Wayne is very professional and upfront on what to expect. She kept us on track and focused on our goals. She was able to suggest other solutions for our particular situation. She always had our best interests as a priority. She continually kept us informed on the her status and our status during the search, and during the sale. She always made herself available, which is very commendable and challenging for someone as busy as herself. She is always up front and honest in her transactions. She has a great sense of humor and is very patient. It was our best home selling and buying experiences. I have recommended co-workers, and neighbors and they all were very pleased with her work ethic and guidance. Realtor Extraordinaire !!! All Century 21 New Millennium staff that we met were all very friendly and approachable. The broker, Patrick, who introduced us to was also exceptional. See previous comments. I can't say enough of how pleased we are with Stephanie's work ethic. Stephanie made it as painless as possible during the stressful times of trying to sell and buy a house.
