Steve went above and beyond his duties to assist us finding the perfect house for our family. His knowledge of the local area, law, history of the city and experience had came a long to provide the best real estate service experience we ever had. Would Not recommend anyone else but Steve. Buyer reviewSteve is great to work with. He was very understanding and patient, and worked very hard to help us find a home to fit our specific needs. We weren't exactly sure of everything we would need in a new home, since we had a handicapped family member moving in with us, but we finally narrowed down what would work with a lot of help from our awesome agent. He knows the areas well, knowledgeable on a lot of different home features and was helpful in advice on things that could be changed to suit our needs. This was the second time Stephen Hellis has helped us find a home and he will be on the top of our list for all real estate agent needs.
