One of his practical strong suits is in an in depth knowledge about home repairs, the general options, costs, lead times, and personal connections to accomplish your goals. He tells you any flaws he sees and points out all the good and bads about the home. I feel that Stephen is really there to help me find the right home and helped negotiate the right price. I never felt pushed or rushed to buy something and I truly believe that he was doing his best to help me find a home, and not just trying to make a sale. I would definitely recommend Stephen to anyone I know who is in the market for a home.
