I couldn't be more satisfied with the service Mr.Otis provided me with. Every request was met in a timely fashion. He made sure to go above and beyond for me and my wife, and when it was time to make the push on prospective houses, Steve never shied away from doing the hard work. He was punctual, and always knowledgeable about each location we visited. He never left us hanging, and pursued every home we looked at, as if he was making the pursuit for himself or his own children. Mr. Otis was relentless in our search over the course of several months, and when we finally found our home, he got it done within 72 hours. I'd use Steve again and recommended him to any and everyone. An outstanding agent and a pleasure to work with.
