I met Steveafter making a phone call about a vacant lot on the bull river. He was quite helpfull and although the lot wasn't quite what we were after, he named some othe properties that fit our wishes. After several months of back and forth communication and being on his mls watch list we found a property we liked. Steve had been so helpfull in our search that we chose him as a purchasing agent and we were not let down. As buyers we were located on two sides of the country, me being in Washington and my daughter in Maryland it was important to have a great agent on our side. Steve was incredibly helpfull and professional from begining to end, always having answers even to seemingly petty questions, always available even on his busy days returning calls. Having bought and sold homes and land multiple times in the past we knew the importance of having a good knowledgeable agent that we were comfortable with.
