Seller reviewMy listing expired with a previous agent with little to no buyer consideration over six months. Many agents called on the day the listing expired, wanting to relist the property. Two days later, I spoke with Steve Mabry, and he approached my initial rejection with a plan of action. I am glad I heard him through as he delivered beyond my expectations. Within five weeks, I had an acceptable offer. Steve was communicative on every aspect of the process, always having the answers; he went above and beyond by going to the home to look at inspection items while I was out of town. I'd recommend Steve to anyone wanting a quick sell and looking for honesty from knowledge and experience.
