Where to start...Steve Thielsen was an integral part in our home seach and transaction. We were blown away by his breadth of knowledge and how communicative he was. Admittedly, we consumed a lot of Steve's time...whether it was over the phone, meeting us for open houses, being present for inspections, and spearheading negotiations. After our first meeting on the property to discuss the sale, it was clear to me that Steve was the person to handle things. An older rural property like ours can have many potential issues that need to be identified and assessed. He quickly outlined the steps we'd need to take in advance of the sale and offered a realistic timeline for getting it on the market. After the property was listed he helped us evaluate the offers, choose which to accept, and navigate the sale process through completion.
