I never felt pressured to buy any type of house & I felt like he was looking out for my best interest. He was candid when asked, knew the answers to my (many) questions, and was always flexible to get me a viewing. Something else that was really valuable is all of the people that he recommended that I work with turned out to be wonderful individuals and I'm really happy with the team that we were able to bring together. Steve is a great help and a great resource and I would gladly work with him again in this type of situation. I felt like he helped me understand the process clearly from start to finish and was always quick to reply when I needed assistance. It's also worth noting that my house purchase happened during the holiday season, which isnt ideal, and he was responsive and supportive the entire time. Thank you Steve for all of your hard work.
