Seller reviewHaving sold a home through Steve Poulliot over 30 years ago, I was tasked with selling my mothers home located in Warren, MI from a distance. Selling a home can be stressful, doing such from 100+ miles only adds to such. Steve's assistance in preparing the home for sale, and not only finding a buyer but finding the "Right" buyer, was outstanding. I was able to communicate with him via telephone, email or text at any hour of the day. When a last minute issue was experienced with the property, he was right on the spot to assist and solve such.
