Seller reviewSteve gave an honest appraisal of our property. He seemed eager and excited to market and sell the property. He had an open house the first weekend. The house sold quickly and for an acceptable price. The house was in trust which made closing more complicated but Steve looked into the process and was prepared before the house even went up for sale. All and all a very smooth and successful sale. I would highly recommend Steve!!

He was very sensitive to our special needs ( such as my recent surgery, timeline for moving). We would definitely recommend him to any of our friends.
