Seller reviewHaving sold a home through Steve Poulliot over 30 years ago, I was tasked with selling my mothers home located in Warren, MI from a distance. Selling a home can be stressful, doing such from 100+ miles only adds to such. Steve's assistance in preparing the home for sale, and not only finding a buyer but finding the "Right" buyer, was outstanding. I was able to communicate with him via telephone, email or text at any hour of the day. When a last minute issue was experienced with the property, he was right on the spot to assist and solve such. From the initial market research, to receiving the signed and completed closing documents, this process could not have gone more smoothly. Seller reviewSteve Pouliot is my trusted real estate adviser. I purchased my most recent house from him and when it was time to sell it when the nest became empty he was the one I turn to. Steve truly knows the Real Estate Market in the Shelby-Macomb Area. He did a great job presenting the house which my Family took great pride in. His pictures and marketing created great traffic and interest and when when had a few issues during the process he stepped up his game. The biggest issue of course was the COVID crisis which came up right while we were negotiating finalizing the sale. The potential buyer was getting nervous but loved the house as much as my family did. Steve got creative and worked with the buyer agent to solidify and close the sale. Steve is professional and personable and I would recommend him to anyone looking for and strong real estate advisor. I know I will work with him again some day. Seller reviewSteve suggested a much higher listing price than we expected, and still had the offer we eventually accepted (and two others), within two days AND at $5,000 OVER the listed/asking price. So glad he knew the market value of the home!!! I love how we were kept in the loop every step of the way. We knew what day/time inspection, appraisal and ALL showings were taking place. The whole process went extremely smooth and quickly. Even the Closing was a quick process. It's comforting knowing he's looking out for your best interest... looking to maximize your return on investment!!!
