I was very impressed with the service I received from Steve. Of note, Steve was exceptional during the home showing portion of the buying process. He pointed out a lot of maintenance and practical considerations many other realtors either don't know about or just would not choose to bring up. Very quick and clear communication as well. He is surprisingly knowledgeable about the entire buying process, not just limited to the home search and price negotiations. Would certainly recommend to any buyer, especially those who would consider themselves inexperienced home buyers.
