Seller reviewI was selling my late uncle's house. I asked if Stuart was going to use a lockbox and he said no. He prefers to meet all perspective buyers and the property and sell. That was refreshing and memorable. He outlined his strategy, executed it and the result was excellent -- 20K over listing for a house with termite damage and 25 years of deferred maintenance. I could not be more pleased or recommend Stuart more highly.
