We had a realtor before where it was obvious they weren't too professional. We made a switch and got randomly assigned Sue, she was amazing and the best realtor and professional we've ever dealt with even outside of buying a home. She was on top of anything and everything and made a typically difficult process easy and smooth due to her knowledge and work ethic. Sue was there every step of the way, for any question or concern, which as a first time home owner my wife and I had a lot. She was responsive, patient, and the best anyone who could for and more. As soon as a document or inspection was needed, she was immediately on it allowing us to close two weeks early by working so hard.
