Hello, I am Sue Eggers.
I am a native of East Tennessee and moved to Boone over 30 years ago when I met my husband, who is a Boone native. I owned my own business for four years and I have a passion for helping others. I now bring my attention to clients and my real estate career. I absolutely love what I do! My husband spends his time as a licensed general contractor working in the communities of the High Country. We are the proud parents of a beautiful, teenage daughter, Alexis. I know the pleasure of raising a family in the High Country! Living, working, and raising my daughter in one of the most peaceful, beautiful places on earth is a blessing. I like spending my free time hiking, traveling, listening to music and spending time with my family and friends.

Seller reviewI selected Sue to help me with my recent house sell based off of past experiences with her. She has now helped me sell two houses and purchase one. Every single experience with her has been the same...AMAZING! She is knowledgeable, patient, kind, professional, and so much more. I am so thankful for the care and precision that she took in making this such a smooth close. Her communication was always timely and I never had to wonder what was going on with the sale. As soon as she knew something she passed that information on to me. In this market buying and/or selling a home can be stressful, but Sue was there every step of the way full of grace, patience, and wisdom to guide me. There isn't any one else I would want to help me with my housing needs. I would refer Sue to anyone looking to buy or sell!

We had a lot of questions since this was our first purchase in North Carolina. It was also the first purchase using a loan which added some complexities.
