We found a wonderful home that had everything we wanted and we couldn't have done it without her help. She even showed us a house on Christmas Eve day! We needed someone who could guide us through the VA loan process, and Sue had lots of experience with that, as well as the local knowledge we needed to complete a purchase in a new state. Our home purchase was complicated and Sue kept things on the rails. She also noticed things in the small print that we would have missed out on completely and saved us about $20,000 in the process.
