Buyer reviewI had the pleasure of working with Sue Lu, a Century 21 agent in the Torrance area, to find a one-story house in Orange County, Southern California, while living in Northern California. Sue exceeded all my expectations with her knowledge, professionalism, and dedication. Sue truly listens to what I need and offers insightful suggestions to help guide my search. Since I couldn't personally visit every house I was interested in, Sue went above and beyond by previewing homes for me and sharing detailed virtual tours via FaceTime. On the occasions when I flew to Southern California, she graciously picked me up from the airport and dropped me off after our house-hunting trips. This process went on for nearly a year, yet Sue never once complained-her patience and commitment were remarkable. Ultimately, Sue found a home that perfectly met my requirements, though the price was initially higher than I could afford. She skillfully negotiated on my behalf and secured a fantastic deal.

Buyer reviewI strongly recommend Sue Lu to whoever is looking to buy a place in the South Bay. She knows the area extremely well and provides insights and tips on the surroundings. She discussed our expectations ahead of the search and makes adjustments quickly when we provide feedback. Her manner is great - all my family loves her. We never felt the pressure from her to go for higher offer. Instead, she provides comparable sales data and only offers her point of view when we asked her. We felt very comfortable communicating with her. Once the offer was accepted, she was very resourceful to provide inspector recommendations which ended up helping us to gain some $$ back from the buyer. Close process was smooth. Will certainly work with her again in the future when opportunities arise.

Seller reviewI've worked with Sue Lu before, when she helped me with the purchase of my home. She's has always kept in touch even after the transaction was over, that when it came time to sell my home, I immediately called her and asked her to be my agent again. Sue has always shown herself to be a very professional person when it came to communicating what was going on with the sales transaction. She has also kept me updated in a timely manner when something was coming close to its deadline. I give Sue Lu a real good shout out for her exceptional work. Even though the transaction got a little bumpy, she was there with a good attitude to reassure me that she was on top of the situation. I got regular updates, and she definitely went over and beyond to make sure that this deal finished. Kudos to her and the whole team that backed her up. I will definitely refer my friends and family to choose Sue Lu as their Agent should they have future needs to sell/buy a home.
