Buyer reviewBeing able to work with Susan Burchett was SUCH a blessing! She went above and beyond, surpassing all of our expectations. It is clear how much she loves her job and truly cares about helping people. She was incredibly responsive and available whenever we needed her. As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions, and she always took the time to give detailed explanations that helped us understand every step. With her help, we were able to find our dream home in the most amazing neighborhood within our price range. Every single box on our list was checked, which is something we never imagined could actually happen. We are SO grateful for Susans help, and cannot recommend her highly enough! Tenant reviewI was stressing out about moving because I had applied to some places but didn't hear back for awhile. Susan reached out to me when I was asking general renting questions on their website. She provided her information and it was great from there. She set up a couple home tours and was able to speed up the application process. I appreciated how up front and honest she was. It felt like she truly wanted my best interest.
