Hobbies
When not listing or selling real estate, I enjoy spending time on our farm, along with gardening and playing with my Labrador retriever. My husband and I enjoy spending time in Florida on our Catamaran Sailboat, as well as spending time with our daughter and son-in-law in St. Petersburg.

I am a lifelong resident of WV and have been a Fayette County resident for 24 years. I reside on a farm overlooking the New River with my husband, Alan. When not listing or selling real estate, I enjoy spending time on our farm, as well as our sailboat in Florida. I entered the real estate profession in 1991, and have been a full-time Realtor since that time. I am a graduate of the Real Estate Insistute. It's wonderful to be a part of the Century 21 Jim Lively office in Fayetteville.
Specializations
Susan Hess earns top Century 21 honor. She was recently recognized as one of Century 21's top producers nationwide and in the top three producers for the state of West Virginia. She has received this award consecutively since 2002.

Buyer reviewMy husband and I had been looking for a starter house for ourselves and our new baby on the way when i contacted Susan about couple properties we wanted to inquire about. Within days she had us in the houses we wanted to see and even had a few others for us to look at based on our preferences. After a few months of looking, we had not found the perfect place so we decided to put the house search on hold until something came up later down the road. 10 months later i received an e-mail of another house that had just been listed that day. After checking it out we were very interested in looking at the place and she got us in there the next day. We fell in love and knew this was the house for us and proceeded to get approved for a loan and placed a bid within the week. After great communication and negotiating back and forth we had settled and were closed on the house a little less than 4 weeks later. Great experience!
